As part of the application process for accessing holistic medicine, we may also need to contact your other treating doctors to discuss your medical history and / or retrieve your records from them. Please note by using email to communicate with us then acknowledge that email and the internet is not considered a secure means of transmitting personally sensitive information and Greenhouse Medical Clinic cannot guarantee the security of personal information transmitted by email and does not take any responsibility for any privacy breaches resulting from the use of email to transmit your personal information.
