What should I do if I am experiencing a side effect to my prescribed treatment?If you believe you are experiencing a negative side effect as a result of taking your prescribed product, please stop taking the medication immediately and contact us by calling 07 5625 3333. Once we are aware of your situation, we will notify your prescribing doctor who will be able to recommend an appropriate course of action. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 000 or present to a hospital emergency department immediately.

Can I drive when taking my prescription medications?During your consultation, your medical practitioner will discuss your prescribed treatments with you in detail, informing you of any driving restrictions associated with your medications. If your treatment does not contain any of the active ingredient that causes psychotropic effects , you will likely be able to drive as normal. Some holistic medication is known to have impairing effects. and you may not to drive or operate machinery while being treated with any medication that results in psychotropic effects. Driving with any detectable amount of psychotropic medication in your system is currently a criminal offence in all states in Australia (except Tasmania), even with a prescription.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?No, you are not always guaranteed a prescription. There are a number of factors considered when assessing your suitability for a medication prescription. These will include your condition, symptoms, current or past medications, medical history, eligibility (based on current Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements), whether you are pregnant or planning to conceive, and any other relevant factors or contraindications. If the doctor reviews these factors and deems it not medically appropriate to prescribe you medicinal alternatives, they will not be able to do so. (You will be provided with a refund). Your health and safety are our top priority, and our practitioners adhere to the most stringent clinical practices.

What if I am with another clinic?Patients interested in a transfer to our clinic. must NOT have any active scripts and will be required to provide a Discharge Letter from their previous clinic. We encourage patients to contact our clinic should with any queries about prescribing dispensing and our terms and conditions of operations.

I would like to change my dispensing pharmacyThe quickest way to change your dispensing pharmacy is to simply take your e-script to the pharmacy you choose to dispense your medication, and have them email us for additional paperwork. You can also change your dispensing pharmacy using the link below. How do I store my medication?Always follow the storage instructions written on the box or packaging that your medication came in from the pharmacy. In general, natural medication should be stored at below 21°C and away from moisture and sunlight.

What is my E-scripts lists products out of stock?Using the Patient Portal Select: My Script is DISCONTINUED or OUT OF STOCK We will contact the pharmacy and the Doctor and request for substitution. This E-Script will be sent from the doctor directly to the pharmacy if deemed out of stock or discontinued. We will advise you via email when you will be able to pick up your substitution medication.
